Founded in 1880, Gardiner is the original and only year-around entrance to the park. Gardiner is located in southwest Montana at the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The Yellowstone River runs right through the middle of town.
Relax at world-famous Chico Hot Springs, located just a few miles from the cabins and featuring live music every weekend. Try natural hot-tubbing in the Boiling River, Jardine, an old mining town, or visit Old Faithful which does not go on winter break. It continues to erupt many times daily all winter long, sending billows of steam and jets of hot water hundreds of feet into the air. Other suggestions include: |
